Head Chef – Sushi is responsible for making sure that food is prepared to the exact specifications of the chef, establishment and guest
Principle Accountabilities
- Must have a passion and curiosity for hospitality.
- Must be well educated on contemporary food trends and modern elevated sushi.
- Help create and execute the CE LA VI sushi program alongside the executive chef. Will be responsible for creation of new menu items and expansion of the program with the approval of the Executive Chef.
- Help oversee in the preparation of food items according to the Chef’s standard.
- Provide consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards.
- Complete mise-en-place and set-up station. Help supervise the work of kitchen employees ensuring that all standards are met.
