Purpose of the position:

Under the direction of the Head Teacher, the Teacher Aide is responsible for supporting a nurturing environment for children and assisting with classroom curriculam.



Responsibilities:


+ Participate in implementing developmentally appropriate curricula encompassing the social/emotional, physical and intellectual needs of Win children.

+ Follow Win’s philosophy and goals of the Childcare program.

+ Attend Childcare related trainings onsite and offsite.
