Job :
Depending on your level of responsibility, you will contribute to the smooth running of service while respecting the Resort's quality standards:
- Commis Waiter:
Prepare the dining room before service (setup, table setting, cleaning). Assist the waiting team during service (carrying dishes, serving bread and water, clearing tables). Maintain the cleanliness of the station and help reset tables. Support the Head Waiter and Assistant Head Waiter in their daily tasks.
- Assistant Head Waiter:
Actively participate in setup and welcoming guests. Take orders to support the Head Waiter. Serve food and drinks according to the Resort's standards. Supervise the Commis Waiter and ensure smooth and efficient service.
