Job Description
Supervises the waitering staff. Required to be organized to keep track of the orders and detail. Oriented to be sure each patron's personal tastes are noted and applied to certain dishes. Clear verbal communication abilities are needed to interact with customers & Food & Beverage Team.

Additional Information
- Two (2) years minimum experience in similar position in a five- or four-star hotel.
