Opening in September 2026, East Pavilion is a brand-new, multi-million dollar, 220-seat waterfront restaurant within the iconic Shoal Bay Country Club precinct, directly opposite Shoal Bay Beach.

Inspired by the port cities and coastlines of Asia, East Pavilion celebrates bold, generous Chinese cooking designed to be shared. Wok-fired dishes, premium produce and genuine hospitality come together in a stunning coastal setting, where two coastlines finally meet at one table.

We're seeking an experienced Head Waiter to help lead the front-of-house team and bring East Pavilion to life from day one.

The Opportunity

As Head Waiter, you'll lead service on the floor, support the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, and set the standard for exceptional hospitality.
