**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** You will report to the Presiding District Court Judge and manage the efficient delivery of case management duties for the Healing to Wellness Court staff and judges observing all relevant procedures.
**Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm | Hybrid work is a possibility after the first 90 days**
**Primary Tasks:**
1. Conduct client investigation, intake, orientation, and assessments to determine treatment and recovery needs.
2. You will develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and wellness plans.
3. Coordinate chemical dependency evaluations and appropriate treatment services.
4. Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions aligned with treatment goals.
5. Provide substance abuse education and promote recovery principles, including Wellbriety and Choctaw recovery programs.
