Position Overview
Make an impact on workplace safety as a Health and Safety Administrator at EllisDon. This position focuses on administrative support for HSE initiatives and enhancing safety training programs.
As part of the EllisDon team, you will manage HSE records, assist the Provincial Joint Health & Safety Committee, and compile necessary HSE statistics. Strong administrative skills and experience in the construction industry will enhance your effectiveness in this vital role supporting safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the HSE Director with administrative tasks
• Organize COR audits and manage record-keeping
• Develop and issue safety program documentation
• Register HSE training for employees
• Help onboard new hires through People & Culture
Requirements:
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Health and Safety role
• Knowledge of COR program; NCSO designation a plus
