AECOM are currently seeking a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team in our Dubai or Abu Dhabi office. 

The Health & Wellbeing Specialist provides administrative and logistical support to the implementation of AECOMs Health & Wellbeing initiatives across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) Region. The role assists in coordinating activities communications and reporting related to wellbeing programs with coverage including KSA and other MEA countries.

This role works under the guidance of the Regional SH&E Directors and contributes to fostering a culture of care inclusion and resilience by supporting wellbeing-related activities and communications.

• Support the localisation of global wellbeing materials for regional use.
