Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical support to procurement and credentialing departments
• Assist in contracting and negotiating with healthcare partners
• Monitor volumes and need for diagnostic tests
• Audit hospitalization procedures and ICU length of stay
• Produce critical reports for hospital cost control
• Conduct technical site visits to identify gaps and propose corrective actions
• Analyze health profiles of new clients and pre-existing conditions
• Conduct technical assessments during new sales processes
• Lead and guide the nursing team
• Develop utilization indicators

Requirements

• Medical degree (registration with the Regional Medical Council - CRM)
• Postgraduate degree in health services management
• Knowledge of healthcare service costs for health plan operators
