Are you a caring, motivated Health Care Assistant looking for a varied and rewarding role? We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 3 HCA to join our friendly and supportive team within the Princess Anne Day Surgery and Endoscopy Unit at Stroud Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience across day surgery, theatres, endoscopy, and decontamination, offering a diverse role and the chance to develop a broad skill set within a single department.

You will work alongside nurses, ODPs, endoscopists, surgeons, anaesthetists and the wider multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care in a busy dynamic environment. You will support patient preparation and recovery, undertake clinical skills following training and competency assessment, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
