We are seeking a Health Care Customer Service Representative to support patients, providers, brokers, and healthcare teams by coordinating communications, assisting with benefits and enrollment processes, and ensuring seamless transitions of care. This individual will serve as a key liaison between patients and healthcare resources while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient & Provider Support

+ Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and healthcare teams.

+ Educate patients regarding Emergency Room (ER) visits, inpatient hospital resources, and Early Bird Alert portal programs.

+ Manage inbound and outbound communication with patients, providers, and healthcare partners.
