Health Promoter

We provide primary health care through a range of options including prevention, assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Our teams include health professionals, educators, and support workers representing both traditional Indigenous and contemporary models of care, and use wholistic health and community development concepts.

The position provides proactive, wholistic health promotion that will lead to healthier families and communities; to promote health and wellness through traditional and contemporary knowledge and activities – including communication strategies for disseminating information - that support healthy living; and to identify service needs and recommend strategies for addressing same.
