Description
Reports to: Plant HSE Manager
Location: click fit Delft
Classification: Blue Collar
Purpose of the Role
To actively support the Plant HSE Manager in maintaining a safe, compliant, and continuously improving work environment. The HSE Correspondent is a hands-on, visible presence on the shop floor, ensuring safety and environmental standards are met, supporting compliance, and fostering a proactive safety culture. The role is related to click fit area.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-the-Ground Safety Support
Conduct daily walk-throughs and inspections of the manufacturing/workshop areas to identify and address hazards.
Respond immediately to safety issues, unsafe acts, or near misses, and intervene as needed.
Coach all employees to correctly use required PPE at all time and to comply with site safety rules.
