Position Overview

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Keeps the Quality & Sustainability Manager informed of all Health & Safety related matters.
  2. Liaises with Management personnel and all employees and assist with health and safety.
  3. Liaises with local law enforcement and Fire & Safety officials.
  4. Proper grooming at all times.
  5. Attend training classes as per schedule.
  6. Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
  7. Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities.
  8. Carries out inspections of workplaces and takes appropriate action to ensure compliance.
  9. Responds to and investigates concerns and complaints from workers/employers and takes appropriate action.
  10. Investigates accidents and injuries that occur in the workplace.
