About The Role

We are hiring a Health & Safety Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, you will act as a competent adviser, supporting and guiding managers and colleagues on all aspects of health and safety across the organisation.

This is a key role in ensuring effective governance, compliance and continuous improvement. You will contribute to the Integrated Management System (IMS), supporting the implementation and maintenance of systems aligned to ISO 45001 and ISO 9001, and promoting a proactive, prevention-focused approach to risk management.

You will support the development and review of policies and procedures, ensure robust risk assessments are in place, and assist with the investigation of incidents, identifying root causes and driving improvements.
