Position Overview

            Healthcare Consultant I (Care Coordinator)   NE Ohio  

Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM (flexibility required)

Location: Northeast Ohio counties (Remote)

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree or non-licensed master s in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field

2+ years  experience in behavioral health, social services, or children s mental health

Knowledge of Ohio community resources and delivery systems

Reliable transportation; mileage reimbursed

Preferred: Case management, Medicaid, and managed care experience.
