Summary The HealthCare Education Specialist (Accreditation Specialist) bears the responsibility for advising, consulting, and the oversight and management of accreditation activities for VHA. They oversee the portfolio of health professions accreditations and certification to meet the needs of target audiences of sponsored continuing education activities. This position develops organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accrediting body standards.
