Job Responsibilities - Provide care and companionship to assigned elderly clients
- Ensure clients follow the daily programme and activities
- Lead and participate in group activities with clients
- Assist with basic ADLs, including personal hygiene, medication reminders, oral feeding, toileting, and manual transfer to/from wheelchair or geriatric chair
- Measure and monitor vital signs
- Assist clients with simple exercises as instructed
- Ensure clients’ safety during all activities
- Follow centre processes, procedures and guidelines
- Report incidents or changes in client condition promptly to the Centre Manager
- Support other Care Executives and maintain good teamwork
- Assist in retaining and expanding the client base
