Job Summary: The Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor is responsible for communicating quality policies and objectives to support overall healthcare compliance within the operation or department. This individual develops standard operating procedures (SOPs), reviews and approves client and facility work instructions, trains QA personnel and internal stakeholders on SOPs and regulatory topics, and oversees the maintenance of quality documentation. The role also includes participating in internal, client, and agency audits, and managing follow-ups on audit findings. The QA Supervisor maintains up-to-date knowledge of healthcare quality and regulatory requirements and evaluates risks associated with the transportation of healthcare and food products. This position includes the supervision of QA specialists.
