Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a healthcare organization. This contract position will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across corporate and healthcare roles, helping teams attract talent with relevant experience in a competitive market. The ideal candidate brings a strategic approach to sourcing, strong partnership skills, and hands-on experience managing recruiting activity through an applicant tracking system, including SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
Responsibilities:
β’ Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding handoff for assigned roles.
β’ Partner with hiring leaders to define talent needs, align on candidate profiles, and create effective search strategies for corporate and engineering openings.
β’ Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, market research, and outreach efforts.
