Job Title: Healthcare Payment Posting & Reconciliation

Location: Tempe, AZ/Brooklyn, NY (Onsite)

Job Summary:

Responsible for posting payments from insurance carriers (EOBs) and patients, balancing daily deposits, and reconciling remittances to ensure accurate accounts receivable data.



Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and accurately key data from paper and electronic EOBs into the RMS.

Identify, calculate, and apply contractual adjustments, deductibles, copays, and co-insurance based on payer contracts.

Balance daily deposits (cash logs) against system posting reports.

Resolve discrepancies between the payment amount and the billed amount.
