The Opportunity

As a Healthcare Solutions Lead (HSL) you will be integrated into the Commercial Chapter, developing your activity in close collaboration with other chapters. The main purpose is to develop the business and position Roche as a strategic partner of choice, co‑creating and contributing actively to market development. You will act as the first point of contact of the C‑suite, service directors, procurement and laboratory management of public hospitals and private groups and other strategic stakeholders.

• Establish strategic partnerships with the above referred stakeholders in public and private customers, by promoting relationships of trust, understanding clients’ needs and articulating Roche’s solutions in a co‑creation perspective, including the adoption of digital solutions, contributing to create new business opportunities
