Role descriptions - Looks after a group of elderly clients assigned with quality care & companionship
- Ensures clients follow the activities in the daily program
- Leads and participates in group activities with clients
- To Provide Support to residents for Basic ADLs (Activities of Daily Living):
To Provide Personal care and hygiene, including Medication Reminders, Oral Feeding & Toileting, Manual transfer to and from wheelchair or geriatric chair - Vital Signs Measurement and Monitoring
