Overview

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Heat Exchanger Engineer to join the Heat Transfer Group of the Equipment Consulting Services Department (ECSD). The role provides operation and project support, technical consultations, and maintains standards on issues related to different types of heat exchangers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the company’s heat exchanger engineer, managing various types (Shell and tube, Air Coolers, double pipes, plate & frame, welded plate, BAHE, etc.) and collaborating with other Aramco departments.
• Troubleshoot field problems related to thermal and mechanical performance of heat exchangers.
• Conduct life assessment and fitness‑for‑service studies to extend exchanger life and optimize Circular Economy concepts.
• Perform thermal, hydraulic, and mechanical evaluations of new and existing exchangers.
