**Job Description**
The Heat Treat Operator safely sets up, operates, and monitors automatic upsetter equipment and related machinery in a heavy industrial forging environment. This role focuses on producing high-quality parts by following established procedures, performing precise measurements, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while supporting continuous production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Start up, check, and operate the automatic upsetter and related equipment, including furnaces or heaters, cranes, and conveyors as needed.
+ Work closely with utility personnel and helpers to transport raw materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process.
+ Maintain a safe and clean workspace, including the areas on and around the assigned upsetter machine and the surrounding work environment.
