Responsibilities

• Fault finding, diagnosing, and troubleshooting Cat equipment.
• Servicing, maintenance, and repairs in the field.
• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Planning daily activities for maximum efficiency.
• Managing workload and completing all required administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experienced Heavy Diesel Technician with a strong technical background.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Rotorua region (Tauranga, Whakatane, Taupo).
