Heavy Diesel Mechanic – Kapiti Workshop (Full-time)

We are on the hunt for a qualified or experienced heavy diesel mechanic to join our Kapiti based workshop and become part of our well - established and successful family business. Being one of the largest scale earth-moving contractors in NZ.

Applicants need to be:

• A qualified heavy diesel mechanic or
• Able to demonstrate examples of working on this type of machinery
• Holding a full class one NZ driver licence
• Motivated with a GOOD team attitude
• A solutions person with a can do approach

Our fleet is varied and no two days are the same - as we work on:

• Excavators – CAT with GPS 2.5T -100T
• Motorscrapers – CAT 637 open bowls, Wabco 252’s, 222’s, 111’s, 333’s and our latest editions 353FT
• Dozers – CAT D6-D10
• Dump Trucks – CAT 740A & B, Tipper and ejectors, Moxy’s MT30 & MDT30 E models, Volvo AT40 tippers,...
