We are looking for a highly motivated Live-Out Superintendent for one of our upscale condominiums.
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm - May change depending on garbage days
Site Location: Toronto, ON
Compensation: $41,600 / year

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, healthy environment
Sweeping and mopping lobby, pool, stairwells, parking levels, amenity rooms, and other cleaning duties as requested
