We are looking for a Truck and Transport Mechanic for the afternoon shift at our Edmonton Terminal, working Sunday to Thursday, 3:00PM - 11:30PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and service all systems and components of transport trucks and trailers to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Competently use hand and power tools to carry out repairs according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Read and understand work orders, task procedures, and interpret technical manuals
• Write work orders and diagnose the cause of failures
• Mentor and assist apprentices
• Perform inspections as per the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program, if licensed to do so
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor/management
• Journeyman or Apprentice with 2+ years directly related experience
• CVIP License will be considered an asset
