**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
**Occasional Saturdays:** 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Waste Connections is seeking a motivated, experienced **Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Technician** to join our team at **Sun Country Materials Landfill in Riverview, FL** . This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanic who enjoys working on Yellow Iron and heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills, experience working on heavy equipment, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Previous waste industry experience and familiarity with fleet maintenance software are highly preferred.
