We are looking for an energetic and motivated full-time Heavy Equipment Operator to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy, motorized equipment used in earth moving and composting operations, including but not limited to front‑end wheel loaders, water tankers, excavators, ADT trucks, and other equipment to support a variety of operations.
• Process incoming compost materials.
• Maintain the general working area in a leveled and organized manner.
• Work closely with traffic control spotters to identify fill areas for dumping compost.
