Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, Backhoe and cranes safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while working on construction sites
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to maintain optimal performance
- Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members to complete tasks effectively
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and perform necessary reporting
- Assist in the training of junior operators as needed
