About the Role

The Heavy Equipment Rental Coordinator is responsible for the strategic deployment and utilization of Morgan's internal heavy equipment fleet, ensuring every project is outfitted with the right machines at the right time. This role partners closely with project managers and site teams to forecast equipment demand, manage fleet logistics, and source and negotiate rental equipment to supplement our fleet when required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and manage scheduling and deployment of Morgan's internal heavy equipment fleet to meet needs of active and upcoming projects across all work sites.
• Work closely with the internal Operations team to forecast equipment requirements and allocate fleet resources.
• Identify gaps between available fleet inventory and project demands; source, evaluate, and secure rental equipment as required.
