**Amentum** is seeking a **Heavy Equipment Technician III** to support the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) Mission in Andros Island, Bahamas. AUTEC is a Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB) and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport's largest single team project, providing both deep and shallow water test and training environments. **Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.**

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Perform preventive, diagnostic and corrective procedures on a variety of older heavy equipment including but not limited to Category 1 Mobile Cranes, backhoe, forklifts, IT’s, telehandlers, fire trucks, emergency equipment, Fuelers IAW OPNAVINST 5100.12, OPNAVINST 5100.25, and AUTEC Project Procedures.
