📌 Experience: 1–5 years (Mandatory in IT Service Desk / Tech Support)

📌 CTC: Up to 6 LPA (Based on experience;
up to 30–35% hike)

📌 Notice Period: Max 15 days

📌 Shift: US / 24x7 Rotational | 100% WFO

🔹 Mandatory Skills:

ServiceNow Ticketing | Office 365 | Active Directory | Basic Azure AD | Outlook | MS Teams | Basic Networking

🔹 Role Highlights:

- L1 technical support via calls, chat & tickets

- Password reset, account unlock, user support

- O365 / Windows / Outlook / Teams troubleshooting

- Incident handling & ServiceNow updates

- SLA-based resolution & escalation
