๐ Shift: US / 24x7 Rotational | 100% WFO
๐น Mandatory Skills:
ServiceNow Ticketing | Office 365 | Active Directory | Basic Azure AD | Outlook | MS Teams | Basic Networking
๐น Role Highlights:
- L1 technical support via calls, chat & tickets
- Password reset, account unlock, user support
- O365 / Windows / Outlook / Teams troubleshooting
- Incident handling & ServiceNow updates
- SLA-based resolution & escalation
