Robert Half Talent Solutions, Technology Division is partnering with a well-established Memphis-based organization to add an IT Support Analyst to their team. This role is 100% onsite and offers a contract-to-hire path for the right person.


What You’ll Be Doing

+ Provide day-to-day support for end users across hardware, software, and network issues

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, applications, and connectivity

+ Support Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365)

+ Assist with user account management (Active Directory)

+ Perform software installations, updates, and equipment setup

+ Document all work and resolutions in the ticketing system

+ Partner with internal teams to support IT initiatives and system improvements

+ Assist with inventory tracking and hardware lifecycle management
