Our client is seeking a Help Desk to join their team. As a Help Desk, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the organization's technical operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay range: $22 - $25 / hr. on W2**
**What's the Job?**
+ Maintain and manage IT hardware asset data across multiple systems, including DHS's IT Service Management System (Cherwell & Ivanti Neurons) and DHS desktop management system (Ivanti).
+ Perform electronic and physical IT hardware asset audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
