Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join a growing IT team supporting users in Detroit, Michigan. Responsibilities:

β’ Troubleshoot Windows operating system problems and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity concerns in a timely manner.
