Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this part-time role, you will work onsite three days a week, providing essential technical support to end users. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your troubleshooting and customer service abilities.
Responsibilities:
β’ Provide hands-on support for desktop and help desk operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
β’ Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including Microsoft Windows 10-related issues.
β’ Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
β’ Address and resolve service desk tickets in an efficient and detail-oriented manner.
β’ Deliver superior customer service by assisting end users with their IT needs and concerns.
