Position Overview
Description We are looking for a hands-on Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide on-site technical support for a higher education environment in Madison, Wisconsin. This Contract position requires someone who is comfortable working five days per week on location, supporting desktop hardware, peripherals, and end-user systems. The ideal candidate will assist with workstation setup, device updates, and day-to-day troubleshooting while delivering responsive support through a structured ticketing process.
Responsibilities:
β’ Provide on-site desktop and help desk support for staff and users in Madison, Wisconsin, resolving technical issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
β’ Install, connect, and configure monitors, Lenovo all-in-one systems, and Dell desktop computers for daily operational use.
