Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical assistance for employees in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The person in this role will help keep day-to-day technology operations running smoothly by supporting end users, maintaining workplace devices, and ensuring reliable access to essential business systems.
Responsibilities:
β’ Deliver front-line technical support for hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues affecting end users across the organization.
β’ Diagnose and resolve problems involving desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and common workplace applications.
β’ Manage incoming service requests through the ticketing system, document resolutions clearly, and maintain timely follow-up with users.
