This Long-term Contract position focuses on resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and access issues while delivering dependable service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting Microsoft Windows systems, handling service desk requests, and assisting with user account administration through Active Directory.
