Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to deliver responsive technical assistance to employees in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position focuses on resolving day-to-day desktop, software, printer, and connectivity issues while ensuring staff can work efficiently with minimal interruption. The ideal candidate combines hands-on troubleshooting ability with clear communication, strong customer support instincts, and a practical approach to documenting solutions and maintaining reliable systems.
Responsibilities:
