Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Visalia, California in a contract role with the potential to become permanent. The person in this position will provide hands-on user support, help maintain core IT systems, and contribute to a reliable day-to-day technology environment.
Responsibilities:

β’ Troubleshoot user access problems, reset permissions, and support account administration within Active Directory.
