I’m looking for someone to help me prepare simple, nutritious meals for the week. I’d like a mix of easy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, focusing on balanced options and portion control. I have a small kitchen, basic equipment, and a preference for dishes that reheat well. I’d appreciate someone who can plan the menu with me, follow a grocery list, and label containers. Dietary needs: low-sodium, moderate dairy, and no shellfish. I’m flexible about timings but would like a stable routine on weekday afternoons. Experience with meal prep for one or two people and a friendly, organized approach would be ideal.
