Position Overview
We are looking for responsible and motivated individuals to join our 24/7 Helpdesk Operations team supporting a structured operational environment. Fresh NITEC, Higher NITEC and Polytechnic graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
. Handle customer enquiries via phone, email andmessaging platforms
. Provide first-level technical troubleshootingand support
. Assist users to resolve issues and escalatecomplex cases when required
. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors forissue resolution
. Maintain records, logs and operational reports
. Follow operational procedures and service standards
. Ensure timely response and follow-up on reported issues
