The IT Technician will deliver first-level technical support to clients through phone, email, chat, web, and other support channels as needed. This is an entry-level role, and we are looking for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and eager to learn.

In this role, you will:

Consistently providea high levelof customer care to maximize positive client experience.

Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.

Research, diagnose,troubleshoot,andidentifysolutions to resolve customer issues.
