Ontime Healthcare is looking for a motivated and reliable Helper to join our team in the Fitout this role you will play a crucial part in supporting our skilled tradespeople and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and finishing of fitout projects
• Help in the preparation and maintenance of work areas ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Carry load and unload materials and equipment at job sites
• Support tradespeople with tasks such as measuring cutting and assembling materials
• Keep the work environment clean and organized throughout the duration of the project
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards or incidents to supervisors
• Engage in training and development sessions as needed
