Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, staircases, and outdoor spaces.
• Assist with minor repairs or report maintenance issues to the building manager.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling in designated areas.
• Help with moving furniture or heavy items as requested by residents or management.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and basic maintenance tools.
• Ensure the safety and organization of shared spaces, such as storage areas.
• Assist with deliveries or receiving packages for residents, if required.
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide assistance within the scope of the role.
