Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, staircases, and shared facilities (e.g., bathrooms or kitchens).
• Assist in preparing rooms for new tenants, including cleaning, organizing, and minor repairs.
• Take out garbage, manage recycling, and maintain waste disposal areas.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the property manager.
• Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs by helping with logistics and ensuring rooms are ready.
• Help organize and maintain storage areas, tools, or supplies.
• Support tenants with small tasks, such as carrying items or handling basic requests.
• Perform light landscaping duties, such as sweeping outdoor areas or watering plants.
• Follow property rules and safety guidelines during all tasks.
• Assist with any additional duties assigned by the property manager
